Save time, and wear and tear on wrists and elbows, with our unique pneumatic DIN loader. The quick attaching filler is made from a solid piece of 18-8 stainless steel. There is one moving part, and 4 common o-rings. This unit has been tested to over 15,000 psi pressure, and attaches and detaches in less than 1 second. If you're still using DIN adapters for your HP fills, you'll understand how essential this piece of equipment is!
We've also designed a universal tank tumbler for use in our shop. It is made of
steel tubing and laser cut 5/16" plate. It will turn everything from an AL30
to a K bottle.
Using commonly available ceramic media, it lets you tumble and clean SCUBA bottles and storage tanks, removing corrosion and hydrocarbon
films that make these bottles unsafe to use.
Tank tumblers are made on an as ordered basis, and are also available in stainless steel for
dock or boat use.
We also make a weighted single tank mount, to help distribute your lead. It's shown here mounted to a Halcyon stainless backplate. Our tank mount weighs 5.5 lbs, and carries the tank tight against your back, greatly improving diver trim underwater and on the surface. A tight fit against the tank also prevents tank movement. It is made of 1/8" 304 stainless. The mounting bolts are TIG welded into place, also retaining the lead weight. This weighted mount is an outstanding addition to your backplate diving system. It has 11" centers and will fit all backplates currently made.
