Isolating what ails a poor performing PC is the first step in an on-site diagnosis and repair. The more information you can offer, the faster the service call will be. |

I can train you to perform diagnosing & maintenance functions using the applications included with either the operating system or the manufacturer’s software package that came with your computer. Or, I can perform the services, and if necessary, utilize independent system analyzing software applications. |

My fee schedule is $75.00 for the first hour (service call) anywhere in Mason County. The service call rate for the Olympia area is $80.00 for the first hour. Additional hours are billed at $45.00 per hr. |
