I offer accounting and tax services, including but not limited to bookkeeping, small business accounting system set-up, payroll and quarterlies, cost accounting, excise tax, sole proprietorship, corporation, and partnership taxes. |

I primarily use QuickBooks because it is easy to use and to teach. I also use TurboTax for year-end tax reporting because Quicken and QuickBooks data download directly into TurboTax. The tax software also works independently of specific accounting software. |

I also provide some very specific QuickBooks services: reviews and maintenance, independent payroll as well as in-house payroll, preparation of quarterly and year end reports and financial statements, training for private and business use. If data entry or part-time office help is needed, my employee can provide these services. Please call for hours available and hourly rate. |

My fee schedule is $75.00 for the first hour (service call) anywhere in Mason County. The service call rate for the Olympia area is $80.00 for the first hour. Additional hours are billed at $45.00 per hr. |
